If you put these backpacks in the wash, they will shred. And the store will not give a refund or replacement because they say it's not their fault because it got washed!

Great bag for school. We have bought these for 2 or 3 years now. Only complaint is the lining at bottom of bag in each pocket breaks apart/crumble and gets over everything. We now duct tape the inside bottom so the pieces of lining don't get on the items in bag. Otherwise bag and lunch box are a great value.

For the price, this is a great backpack set. I really only needed to replace a lunch bag, and this was on sale for cheaper than buying a standalone lunch bag! I love everything about it EXCEPT the handle on the backpack. It's in a really bad place for hanging on a wall or on the side hook of a locker. It really should be attached at the seam of the back panel and top of the backpack, instead of in the middle of the top two zippered compartments. It's especially hard for my 5 year old to hang it in her school locker and her cubby at home. It ends up on the floor most days. I have no complaints for the lunch bag at this point.

I'm very disappointed I received two backpacks and no lunch boxes. I hate the hassle of having to call especially at this time of year I also hate the fact that no kind of information is included. I don't know whether it will be shipped later or not. There is no easy numbers to contact anybody. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

The bag looks very good, but the quality is the worst. My girls used it for only 3 days, and it's ripped already.

Great backpack, my kid loves it. It's comfortable. it has the right space different compartments.
