[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed sampling this olive oil. It was deliciously smooth. I used it both for cooking with along with making a few oil based sauces. I also made a delicious oil, Parmesan cheese and seasoning dipping oil to serve along bread with dinner. Some olive oils sometimes have a weird aftertaste, but this one was really balanced and delicious. I definitely recommend this brand of oil!

I love to make my own vinaigrettes and this really elevates them. I love that the oil is organic and really clean and smooth tasting. I also really like using it to mix with balsamic to dip bread in.

I also really appreciate the top of the bottle. It's a stopper design, and the spout helps control how quickly the olive oil comes out. This easily helps distribute the olive oil evenly over the food, no need to worry about overflows.

Using this definitely changed my mind. I used it to sauté some vegetables and there was no noticeable after taste AT ALL. This is usually something I can taste when cooking with olive oil, but this oil was smooth and enhanced my vegetables without adding any weird taste to them. Now to the best part the pour spout on this oil is absolutely genius! I have always dreaded pouring oil because of the dripping and getting on the outside of the bottle. The pour spout stops any dripping and none got on the outside of the bottle.
