I have been using it for a month now and it’s outstanding for cooking but it’s so good that I use it in salad dressings and dipping my bread. It’s too good too drown in my cooking. It is really rich and viscous (thick) and fragrant. It is full of flavor and you can see and taste the quality and freshness of this product.

I used it to make pizza crust, pizza sauce, tomato based pasta sauce and as a dipping oil. It would be perfect for salad as well. I really love the bottle. The swirl of the glass seems to aerate the oil possibly adding to the light quality of the taste and texture. The silicone pour spout drizzles the perfect amount - not a heavy pour but not a thread thin drizzle either. I'm very impressed.

It can be used in cooking various types of pasta and veggies. It adds a richness and depth to the taste of these foods. I used this to make a vinaigrette dressing for a pasta salad.
