First, and most importantly, it is USDA certified organic and Non GMO verified. We try to use only organic products when possible. Like with any product I like to do some research before using it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carapelli comes exclusively from organic farming. It comes in a dark glass bottle that protects the oil from UV radiation with an anti-drip spout and is designed with a textured bottle to make it non-slip. I used it to make some chicken breasts and the flavor is optimal. I will definitely be purchasing when I finish my complimentary bottle. Thank you Influenster and Carapelli for this opportunity.

This is one that is best for dressings or on breads. Definitely an olive oil to savour not to cook with. I Like to mix it with balsamic and dip my bread loaf in it.
