[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this olive oil on white rice, I’m obsessed with the crunch it leaves on the bottom of the pot! The taste is definitely more robust than I was used to to, but that is not a bad thing. I wouldn’t recommend using it with rice, I prefer a lighter tasting oil, but with salad this oil hits! The packaging was very nice. So elegant and pleasing to look at, I put it on my counter next to the stove and it’s beautiful. The quality tasted rich and potent, I really enjoyed the taste it leaves. The oil is very light in color and consistency, I’m use to thicker oils. This one was very light, we will be buying it again!

If you’re picky with too strong of a taste then I would say pick something different but if you’re good with eating healthy and don’t mind the taste then by all means buy it! 4/5 stars because it was good 😊

It’s in a beautiful bottle, so you want to keep it out by your cooking area in your kitchen, just because it’s so pretty. I use olive oil in everything and this has an amazing taste! I’ve read up on a lot of olive oils and tried a lot of different ones, this is the best flavor!

The flavor of the olive oil really came through on taste. It had a much fresher nutter, herb- like taste that really took my dish to a whole new level. I also like that it's organic. You definitely don’t want to waste this one using it for frying or anything like that you want to use this where you really want to taste the olive oil. I like that it has a small spout on top, so it doesn’t all come pouring out and you can really measure how much comes out at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Carapelli oil. Carapelli's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best quality I've ever used before. The packaging I recieved it in was very well in protecting the heavy glass bottle, which is nice by the way. When I used the oil for cooking I noticed a thicker than usual consistency. It helped cook the eggs very nicely without any issues. The oil did have a scent when heating up before I cooked with it but that's normal and it's nothing unusual. We use different oils in our home and olive oil is a must with some health issues. This one is one I'll probably start purchasing from now on.
