Very full plant. Well put together.. Looks like it should cost more than it does.

Item itself is nice, but i ordered 4 of these and two were completely shattered. If you can get one not shattered would be lucky. The first one i reported to customer service was shattered i had a hard time getting a credit. They told me to throw it out, but didnt credit it. Then when i called back they wanted me to ship it back. I had disposed of it because it was shattered ceramic dusty glass all over the place. The customer service rep said "ok ill credit it we trust our customers" like she thought i was lying. I have pictures of the shattered plant in their box.The next one came shattered as well. Im not even calling to return it or adjust it after the last fiasco. Not sure ill order much more from sams.com. sad for them because i have an entire hobby farm house to furnish. Will need patio furniture etc, but if this is how they ship stuff, and then their customer service.....well...
