Not being a fan of AIO computers I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not I would like this one and so far I have been pleasantly pleased with it overall. It ticked most of the boxes I was looking for and has performed well. I am not a heavy user so this should fill the bill.

I needed a new computer and decided to go with the all in one. This one was on sale for a great price. It was easy to assemble. It is very fast compared to my older desk top. No tower and less cords. Love the large screen. Very happy with this purchase.

Great and the best

Tech support is horrible. Had issue with printer not printing email attachments. Likely just something needing to be tweaked in settings. They said not their problem, but I could pay for some additional type of tech support to help resolve it. Now I remember why I always buy Dell brands of computers.

We bought this computer on Nov 9, 2023. Loved it..and then..on Feb 29, 2024, it just went crazy! The screen was all messed up, digitized, could not do anything with it. Not sure what happened to it. It broke. It just stopped working. When we brought it back to the store, thinking we could trade it for even the same model, Sams said no..it was passed the 90 day window and we had to go straight to the manufacture. As a business, needing a computer for our front counter, Sams, you failed. Faulty products and no back up. Now we have to purchase a second computer because as a business, we need a computer on our front counter.

A gift for my husband and he loves it 💕

Unit speed is actually decent. Too bad screen flickers from normal use to black and back to normal about 4 times in a half hour.
