New presentation and new taste for the worst, It used to be a excellent product, why change it? not happy with it any more, please change it back to the original formula otherwise I'm not buying it any more.

Something either in the quantity, quality or ingredients changed since they introduced the darker blue outside label redesign. Has a funky taste now. Won't purchase again.

Ive been drinking this for 10 years when it was kirklands i believe and this new blend is AWFUL. It tastes mostly like coffee and a bitter taste. I WONT BUY AGAIN until they go back to the original recipe and ingredients. I USED TO LOVE IT

Why would they change a good product? As soon as I opened the container I noticed a different smell then the original. It kind of smelled like burnt hair. I tried it anyway. It is horrible. Very disappointed. I will never buy this again.

👎👎👎👎👎👎 Ever since the label changed so did the taste. It's disguisting. Tastes like burnt coffee with very little sweetness and zero french vanilla. Gross. Please bring back the orginal formula.

The new cappuccino mix is not good. Too much coffee taste to it the Old cappuccino was really good hard to believe that they would replace it with this terrible product

This is a favorite nighttime drink when I want something a bit more substantial than tea but don’t want to make a pot of coffee. Great flavor, dissolves easily and add in Bailey’s…😁

Definitely think they changed the recipe when they did the packaging since it was out of stock everywhere for awhile. Will still buy it, but it definitely tasted better before

I really like this cappuccino but the recipe keeps getting changed and it's always out of stock!! I wish you'd just carry it at my local store. So frustrating.

I'm not a true coffee drinker or cappuccino drinker but it's frustrating when you finally found something that you like the company takes it away or change the label like I think that's something that should be available at all times
