At first I thought it was too watery to actually make a difference but the second time I used it, right after I got out of the shower (when my skin is super dry), I realized it really does hydrate my skin. Olay Ultimate is a serum containing niacinamide along with vitamin E and peptides is a serum that works along with your moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated all day, and improve its appearance over time. I have been using this serum for several days now, which is not long enough to see the full effects, but even after a short time, my face feels so much less angry about the dry desert air I subject it to. I applied it along with a basic moisturizer earlier this morning, and now just before dinner, my face is still glowing and feeling hydrated. The formula feels very light on my skin--it absorbs well, isn't sticky, is unscented, has a fairly simple ingredient list, and played nicely with my other products. I would recommend this product to anyone who, like me, needs a little bit of extra help keeping their skin happy and hydrated, whether that's because of aging, dry conditions, or any other factor. It really seems to give a boost to my daily moisturizer.
