I’ve always had this problem with the western brands! I apply the cream and it feels velvety but it just sits on the skin. The visible white film is still left on the cheek and nose areas. When I try to tap it in, it sponges up and ends up on my fingertips. If I try to rub it in some more, it rolls up in little chunks and falls off my face as if it was dirt residue! Could this be because it is silicone base? This never happens to the Korean or Japanese brands!
