I was looking for firm support because I'm a stomach sleeper and I am over 200 lbs. This mattress has been a blessing. The cushion top and extra support in the middle has given me great sleep. I often rotate to the edge and the extra support on the edges has been great. Even just sitting on the edge of the bed gives good support. I am very pleased with this mattress.

I find them firm but soft like I have a topper. However, they are cool, unlike a topper. I need cool sheets for a good night's sleep. Very good support for my back. When I need to stay in bed for more than 8 hours my back would hurt. No pain no matter how long I have slept.

I have only had this mattress for 5 days, but I can say I cannot remember the last time I slept this good. There was no breaking in period. I have slept well and felt great since the first night. I had a hard time deciding between the firm and the plus, but ended up with the plush and love it so far.

Fantastic mattress! A pleasant night's sleep! I wish I had this mattress when I was furloughed for a year and had time to sleep. I have trouble sleeping, but it's a lot easier now that I have this mattress. It's pleasant and not what I expected. I've been sleeping well for the last week, with no complaints of back discomfort or soreness in the morning. So far, I am impressed. I'll have to return in a few months or a year to see how the mattress holds up. I need a pillow to match the bed, but I'm worried I'll be late for work because I'll be too comfy and lazy to get up.

It is a very comfortable mattress that I don't hate sleeping on but its a little off for me. I like a firm mattress; not too soft but I like my mattress firm, soft. This mattress is firm without the softness. Now, that could be my fault for not making sure it included everything that I wanted. Overall it's a very great mattress and my body wakes up feeling good everyday. I would definitely recommend the mattress. It is a great, quality product and well worth the value.

We bought this mattress for our guest bedroom a few years ago and have had nothing but extremely positive feedback from our guests. We've recently moved to a larger house and needed another bed. Needless to say it was an easy decision on which mattress to purchase. It is extremely comfortable and provides a lot of support.

I had a twin Sealy mattress years ago which was amazing. Unfortunately, I upgraded to a queen size of another brand. Fast forward: I developed back and neck pain so I finally discarded the 4 yr old mattress and went back to Sealy. My queen Sealy Conform Performance Plush is a dream! It's soft yet supportive. I snuggle into bed at night and sleep like a baby. My mobility is not what it used to be, but it's so easy to move and re-position on my new Sealy mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone, in pain or not. My lumbar pain is gone. I went from dreading bedtime to not being able to wait to climb into cloud-like heaven. I'll never buy any other brand. For me, it's Sealy forever.

This mattress stopped my lower back pain immediately. I no longer wake up with a stiff back. The mattress and foundation sits higher on my bed frame than my last bed did but It's a nice change. If you suffer from lower or any kind of back pain, this mattress is a great option, the right amount of firmness and some softness.

I have had this mattress less than a week but my back feels great. I used to wake up every morning with my lower back and hip joints hurting. I wake up every morning and can move without every part of my body hurting. The middle of the mattress does have extra support. If you like a mattress with pillow softness then this is not for you. This mattress will support you completely without feeling like you are sinking in. The cushion firm has just a touch of softness with complete support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate enough to be able to try the Posturepedic Spring Tight Top Ultra Firm III and I have to say it took about 2 weeks to get used to it. It definitely is firm and if you have back issues, you may not like it at all. I'm currently pregnant and this felt really nice to lay on.
