Felt pretty firm at first, but I was also using an 18yr old mattress before that was fully broken in. Got used to it very quickly and love it. My back pain and aches are over with now thankfully.

it is in our guest room. It seems comfortable. My wife took a nap on it and loved it. We would have preferred it to be the full 80" long rather than 79"

It's comfortable, but a bit too soft for only being one week old already. If you like a little firm, this is not your mattress. If you like it soft and are a side sleeper, you might like this mattress :)

My very first reaction of this mattress: Its pretty, lovely design and its firm. Yet, still, I like it. Its has a soft sinking it the clouds feel and made me smile and relax. My back feels aligned as it should be and that feels weird.

I have had a history of joint problems. This mattress provides superior support that I haven't experienced before. I sleep well, pain free, all night.

We have not slept better than we do now with our new Sealy mattress. It molds to your body while still giving you the support you need to sleep throughout the night! No more back pain or tossing!

We replaced our old mattress with this Sealy Response back in May. We immediately saw a difference in quality of sleep along with fewer back aches. It was a bit firm to begin with but it was still very comfortable.
