I purchased this mattress to replace an older Sealy Posturepedic that is still in good shape, but it is a little softer with a plush top. I have sciatic issues that wake me up at night and wanted to try something firmer. I have been on this one for a week - so far, so good. I am not waking up with low back pain, but I am still adjusting to the firmness, as I am a side sleeper, so sore shoulders can be an issue. Will purchase a thick mattress pad1-2" topper if necessary to resolve that.

We are really enjoying our new mattress. When we got it, it was a bit too firm. I thought we were going to have to return it. I gave it a week, and I am in love with the firmness. My neck aches and hip pain are gone, and my husband is sleeping better, too.

I was a little concerned with getting the firm version, but have had no complaints even as a side sleeper. So far, the mattress seems very comfortable. It seems like I'm moving much less through the night than with my previous mattress in a box. The cooling technology also works very well.

This bed is like sleeping on a cloud. That's saying a lot for a memory foam mattress. I remember the days when they felt like the "extra firm" mattresses the stores had left over that no one wanted. I can't honestly say I slept better than on my old mattress, but that's just my messed up sleep cycle. What DID happen was I woke up with no shoulder or hip pain. As a side sleeper, that's a big deal. So if you have those problems with your current mattress, I urge you to give this one a try.

Mattress shopping is challenging. It's important to know that seeking a mattress is a process and should not be rushed, unless you already know the brand, style, and comfort level. However for those that have to find the perfect match. It's not enough to lay on the mattress for a few seconds. It is helpful if you are aware of your sleep position and if you have any back issues to determine your comfort level. Take your time and you will find the one that is just right!

Like many people, we have kids in college, car payments, home repairs, every day expenses, etc. Before we knew our mattress was 15 years old and we were wondering why we weren't sleeping through the night and experiencing body aches and pains. We finally decided to do something for us and purchased our new Sealy queen plush mattress set. Great choice! Sleeping well and feeling good makes a big difference every day! Our advice is don't wait! You deserve a good night's sleep.

Once purchased and set up, I could not wait to experience my first night. I was rewarded with a sound sleep and just enjoyed the warmth around me. One of the nicest mattresses I have owned. I wake up with less aches, and a well-rested body! Easy to turn from side to side, lots of room for that. I enjoy making the bed because it so darn easy to turn and get that 'snug' fitted sheet on. I have not found one thing that I am unhappy with. A happy bed makes for a happy persons:)

So far so good, had three great night sleeps and woke up feeling well rested with no pain. Definitely recommend this mattress if your looking for a firm but yet a bit of cushion. My husband and I are very happy with our mattress and the price was great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I tried this mattress after having a Tempurpedic for almost 10 years that seems to have lost its support. We haven't been sleeping well and wake up with sore joints (we're only in our mid-late 30s). We didn't realize that the issue was with our Tempurpedic until we tried this new Sealy Posturepedic Spring Pillow Top Soft III. Both of us commented how we slept better than we have in a very long time after just one night. We will be moving our old Tempurpedic into our guest room and the Sealy in our main bedroom.

I have really bad back problems and have only had this mattress for a few days and so far it seems to be going well. It is a very comfortable mattress. Not so much issues with a painful back when sleeping. I still need to get use to a firm bed so it will take time for me to adjust. It does have some cushion to it which is good for me. I will need to do another review in a couple months to see if the mattress has held up to staying as is when I first slept on it.
