disappointing

I wouldn't care so much about the fact that it scratches my ceramic cooktop (it's kind of old and worn anyway), but the way the pan is constructed makes the stove's circuitry think it's getting to hot when it's not. So the pan never really gets above medium-low heat on mine! Frustrating, because my other pots work great.

Great pan - one downfall

I would have given this pan a 5 star review in a heartbeat, were it not for the metal handles, which get seriously hot when cooking with this pan. It's inconvenient to have to use a potholder to lift the pan by the long handle and U shaped one on the opposite side, and also the lid handle. Other than this, I absolutely LOVE this pan for it's size, incredible non-stick interior, easy care, and it's pretty to boot.

We're sorry for this experience, Tweety. Our cast stainless steel handles are designed to remain cool and comfortable during cooking. However, please note that metal handles can get hot in the oven or during extended cooking at very high temperatures. We recommend using potholders when removing pots and pans from the oven and cooking on medium heat.

I'm a smart man and I love this pan! Best cookware

I got this pan 2 months ago and it is the best cookware I own. Easy to cook eggs and super easy to clean. I mean this pan is extremely easy to clean!!! The smoothness of cooking is great, but my God is this pan so easy to clean! I dare anyone to find better cookware for under $80 dollars
