My wife bought me one for Christmas. Was able to put the main product together but the storage containers that are supposed to mount onto it did not come with the 4 itsy bitsy bolts, washers or nuts to mount them to the main body. Called manufacturer and "unfortunately you will have to go to a hardware store to buy some" and they have no idea what size they are either. Since it's not a commercial product they have no blue prints or anything. They have to be roughly one and a half inch long and smaller than an m6 bolt. Hopefully an m4 will cause m6 was same size as the hole. If i didn't have to take it apart to return it, i would cause of the inconvenience and frustration.

Instructions are wrong on putting 2 locking wheels on 1 bar. 1 per bar as the picture on the box shows. Other than that, instructions are awesome and the product is great!!!! Easy to put together.

It's 15 5/8 inches tall. The seat is like sitting on the hardest Styrofoam. It doesn't feel like a cushion at all. It has a lot of storage for tools, fasteners, parts, etc.. All are removable, so I don't know how long it will last before the two side pieces that just sit in there will start falling out. But one could put all the parts that need to be washed in one side, then take those parts to the washer by just taking the tray with the parts. The seat does also come off and it's lower than my creeper, so I can just put my back on it and get under the lower cars without having to jack them up. But either way it's a very low seat. I'll still use my old one with this one to keep parts separated. There are a lot of trays in it.

It seems to be decent product but the directions aren’t clear and customer service is horrible. They don’t answer the phone nor return your call.
