My son love these

I ordered blue skates and they sent pink. Processed a return and they sent me pink again. Processed refund, reordered as pink per customer service instructions to have blue come, and still received pink. Refund, then ordered blue AGAIN. Pink came AGAIN. Talked to Customer Service Supervisor who Processed return and assured me she would personally call shipper to assure blue was sent this time. Guess what? We received PINK! AGAIN! For the 5th time! What a joke. Amazon is out of stock on these or I would've ordered from there 3 pinks ago. Unacceptable problem resolution from Sam's Club when all they have to do is call the warehouse and talk to inventory to assure the blue are slotted correctly so orders can be sent out correctly. I even suggested that. HORRIBLE experience with these!
