I got this three days ago and it caused me rashes. Mainly because of Phenoxyethanol in it (I don’t understand why is is there when the ingredient is know as irritant to skin). The sad part is the mental distress it added to me thinking.Only in three day application my skin looks like as it will bleed. I got this to help my dry skin but it caused me another issue. I AM NEVER BUYING THIS AGAIN.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer took a product that worked so well for me and changed the formulation such that I can no longer use it. The old formula used to prevent my eczema flare ups. The new formula does not and may even be a trigger! Very disappointed!

I had eczema behind my hand, maybe due to allergic reaction to hand sanitizer or frequent hand rub use (routine hand hygiene due to my work at clinics) My hand got very dry, rough and started to have small red itchy bumps. I didn't mind it until it got worse, spreading to my upper arm and elbow. I bought this moisturizing cream and applied it within 3 mins after bath. I applied it generously on the affected areas. It imediately soothed the itchy areas. In my surprise, the bumps and rough skin disappeared on just 2nd day of use. It's my first time do a review because I am beyond amazed how fast it gave relief to my eczema.

I had been using Cetaphil face lotion but recently tried this to treat dry skin on my face. This cream is extremely moisturizing without being too heavy. It has calmed my rosacea and doesn’t cause any breakouts. Also use it on my neck and chest. I’ve convinced my husband to start using it to treat his wind-burnt skin and he loves it. Highly recommended this product. My skin now has a healthy dewy glow despite being winter.

I have been using Cetaphil cleanser for year, I love it, but for some reason I’ve never used the moisturizing cream. I wish I had sooner, this cream is perfect for everyday use. I use heavier creams at night of course but during the day, especially in the hot summer months, I need something during the day and this works. It’s not greasy, and it helps with my dry patches I sometimes get in the middle of my eyes. I’m going to continue to use this cream because it definitely helps, I hope it works in the colder months as well because I love it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturizer is really amazing. It’s gentle on your skin, non irritating, and leaves my skin feeling dewy and moisturized. It has an almost jelly consistency, and a little goes a long way. I have normal to dry skin, and I love it, but if you have oily skin you may want to pass. Overall it’s a great product, and I would definitely recommend it!

I've used Cetaphil for nearly a decade and its been a life-saver for my sensitive eczemaceous skin. After running out of my current stash, I pick up two more tubs and the formula does not jive with my skin. After a couple days of using it, I noticed my skin was flaring but didn't suspect the Cetaphil until I applied it to my face today. Within 5 minutes my face was burning hot, bright red and beginning to swell. I had to wash it all of and ice my face. Cetaphil, come back! I miss you!

@cetaphil if you read this, can you go back to producing the original cetaphil cream without sweet almond oil or at least pr ice one with almond oil and one without!! I have been using your products for over 20 years (I’m 24 with severe eczema). This is the only line of products that have worked up until the almond oil was added. I noticed that the almond oil creates an allergic reaction type rash all over my body.

Another Cetaphil product I've bought for years. Usually if I use a harsh abrasive scrub I will put this on immediately allover my face. Now I know you make a scrub I will have to try that. This is the bomb for moisture! Sunburn, anything this will take care of the moisture!!!! Dermatologist turned me on to your products back in 1985 and I never look anywhere else! I've tried them all! Gentle cleanser, original lotion and this cream-NOTHING PURER OR BETTER! I have super sensitive, easily breakout skin, eyes constantly sting with anything on my face none of your products bother me...just amazing!

I have always loved this very moisturizing cream but the new version without the paraben (which is great) is really watered down and thin. It does not moisturize my skin at all and I will not be buying it again. I am so tired of companies changing or even d/c a cream that I have used for decades. So sad........
