I was really surprised with the Stearns & Foster Reserve Soft Pillowtop. First, it's the thickest mattress I've ever slept on. Do buy deep fitted sheets to cover this. Second, it's not bouncy. My husband getting in bed next to me barely affected my side of the bed. Lastly, it's incredibly soft, but I am supported and slept comfortably. Because I never trust soft mattresses to h support me when I'm sleeping, I would not have picked this out in the store. This trial has changed my mind. This mattress is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone, even those who are used to sleeping on firm mattresses.

The combo of coils and memory foam meant that I don't feel my husband move at night. I was concerned about how big it looks that my sheets would not fit on it but the deep pocket sheets don't move an inch.

We had our mattress delivered today so have not slept on it yet. The buying experience was excellent. James Foreman was our Outfitter and he took as much time as we needed to test each mattress and find the one that was best for our sleep needs. He explained the pros and cons of each mattress and also explained their mattress recycling program as well as their delivery experience. By the time we left the store, we were confident that we could make a decision and be happy with our mattress. The next day, I placed the order with Steve, the manager, who also explained the delivery and mattress pickup process. Our mattress came on time and was quickly taken upstairs and installed along with the box springs we bought. We used our current metal frame and the mattress and box springs fit perfectly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have to comment on the design. The mattress itself is just so beautiful I almost didn't want to cover it with a sheet! It's this beautiful blue and has a fun design on it. The material they used is also very soft. Now on to the mattress itself. The mattress was so comfortable! I wasn't sure if it was going to be too firm for me, but the medium was absolutely perfect. I felt like Goldilocks when she found the "just right" bed I slept like a baby (with 3 kids that's always a plus) and woke up without any weird kinks in my neck or any discomfort. I would absolutely recommend this bed!

This is the third mattress in 25 months. I weigh 190 pounds my wife weighs 125 pounds and after about 9 to 10 months the mattresses just cave-in and we're trying to sleep in divot and there is a big hump in the middle. The exact same thing happened on our first mattress and after 10 months they replaced it with another mattress after nine months we have to have that mattress replaced. So we just got this mattress last week and we will see what happens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mattress as part of a promotion. This mattress is very nice. The cover is soft to the touch and feels very luxurious. The bed is very thick, so you need deep pocket sheets for it. Laying down the first time it felt like a dream. Very supportive and comfortable. My daughter sat down on the bed while I was laying down and it didn't bother me. Normally someone sitting down or moving bothers me. I really didn't feel her sit down very much. Getting out of bed the edge feels like a good quality mattress. I am on the heavier side and it didn't feel like I was caving in the whole edge of the mattress. The edges seem to be very well made and make it easier to get out of bed. I am pleased the mattress has handles on the sides for ease of moving it, if needed. The bed didn't smell weird or have a strong chemical smell like other new beds I have purchased. So far so good and I am now considering buying another for my master bedroom in a King size.

For me this is an investment on my health. I decided to purchase a firm mattress to help with my back pain. Since I started sleeping on the S&F firm mattress my back pain has literally improved 98%, I am sleeping through the night and feel amazing. I also love the design, and most of the firmness with the softness with the fabric. Yes! the colors too. So far there is nothing I don't like about it. I am very happy for choosing Stearns and Foster as my life has changed!

Still under warranty and will not help us replace our mattress that has a two and a half inch sagging on each side where we sleep worst mattress and worst experience I have ever had in my life trying to get help to get a replacement mattress because it's still under warranty. Will never recommend having a sterns and Foster again they are the worst!!!! Worst experience that I've ever had in my life trying to get help to replace the mattress that is under warranty!
