[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for our other vtech phones that were just abused by our kids. They lasted a long time but we were ready for new ones. I like the display and the ease of use. The handsets are light but don’t feel cheap. Having 1 phone cord for the 3 phones is easy too. The only thing I found inconvenient was the power plug. It is substantially bigger than I would have liked. Fitting behind the couch was tough. Overall a great phone system.

Our "landline" is through our internet service provide and this system works perfectly. Set up was very simple - the answering system walks you though the process - and our family loves the convenience of the 3 handsets throughout the house. The clarity on all units is very good & the display is crisp and bold. The lighted handsets make it easy to make/take calls when watching a movie. While seemingly a minor thing, the handsets fit well in their chargers & are stable. The mute button is great for calling in to virtual meetings & the speakerphone allows me to work while listening in. Overall, the perfect set up for our home now and in the future given the ability to add handsets.

I am able to have the main handset in the kitchen on the main floor, one handset in my upstairs bedroom and have the third handset in the basement family room. The caller ID is accurate and the reception is crystal clear. This is a great value for a quality product.

I can talk on the phone or use speaker phone. It tells me visually how many messages I have waiting for me when I get home. The caller ID is easily seen with a bright back light.

You can load phone numbers for a one touch dial. I absolutely love that I can have it off the stand for hours and it doesn't die. I recommend this phone!

It comes with THREE handsets so they are convenient wherever we are in the house. It has the ability to add two additional handsets if you so desire. Amazing clarity to the calls which is what was most important to me. So many additional features but my favorite is CALL BLOCK up to 150 numbers!! My phone used to ring all day with solicitors and now I can just receive my important ones. I would highly recommend this product!

Plus it only had one other handset. The Vtec phone system is wonderful! It comes with three handsets which gives us the availability of being in three places at once without missing out on any of our calls! Plus the whole system was a breeze to set up! It's wonderful to be able to have the ability to receive and keep the messages!
