ENVOY 106 HATCH COVER

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. I purchased an Envoy kayak and the first time we used it, we discovered that one paddle was shorter than the other, and one of the seat strap hooks failed. Johnathan quickly determined the replacement parts needed, and after replying to his e-mail with a copy of my purchase receipt and shipping address, he said the parts should arrive in 5-7 business days via FedEx. Shortly after I hanging up the phone, I received a confirmation e-mail. Johnathan's service was fast, efficient, and professional. As a former customer services manager, I can say that his level of support was excellent. Keep up the good work.

Bought two Lifetime kayaks over ten years ago for my Florida keys home. The salt water environment and near constant use eventually degrades the seats and attachment hardware. I made one call to the Lifetime toll free number and they sent me replacement parts for free. This is the second time I’ve replaced these parts and they are still free. I’ll never buy a kayak from any other company.

I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!
