The platform you stand on to climb the ladder ripped within the 1st hour of use. Tried calling and emailing the company about returns, exchange or refund but haven't heard back.

This slide is so worth the money.  Setup is easy.  Takedown is a little tough since it needs to be dry before packing back up, but that's what needs to be done so it will last longer.  Absolutely no regrets purchasing this waterslide.
