The right amount. I don’t want to buy a whole leg I love Serrano ham much better than prosciutto but it was always hard to buy until now :) just let it air out a little bit after opening the package and consume rapidly to avoid refrigerator taste :) You're welcome.

We usually get prosciutto but I decided to try this because it's so much cheaper. Similar flavor and tasted great on a cracker, around stuffed chicken, and on a sandwich.

The ham is pressed together way to hard it is impossible to separate. The ham just tears ware the plastic sheets end.

Has a weird, off-putting soapy taste. Need to take it back for a refund.
