[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Foodi Neverdull is not only a beautiful knife set but also very sharp and convenient. I really love not having to hold the sharpener and sharp the knives, and with this I will never have to do it ever again. It is so convenient to just put the knife in and pull out and it’s done sharpening. The knives are also very sharp to start with so I haven’t sharpen it at all, except when I tested them out when I got them. The knives are easy to hold and fairly light compared to my other knives set given the kind of materials they’re made out of. I really like that the knife and handle is one piece so it won’t break apart ever. The set comes with all the necessary knives and sheer that I pretty much use on a daily basis. The block is really good looking so it’s an added decoration to my counter as well. I’ve always been a Ninja fan because all of their products are good quality, and this knife system is no exception to it.

This set comes with 12 different knives, 1) 8" chef knife 2) 5" boning knife 3) 6: 4.5" steak knives 4) 8" bread knife 5) 5" utility knife 6) 5" santoku knife 7) 3.5" paring knife and shears. These knives come to you very sharp, so be careful! I am not used to working with sharp knives as my last knife block, did not have a sharpener attached. I didn't want to buy one to store some where, so its nice that this comes with it attached to the block and ready for use at all times. The instructions say to use the knives for two weeks before you follow the sharpening routine and then sharpen every two weeks. These knives cut everything very easily. The instructions to sharpen knives were very easy to follow. You have to make sure that when you are sharpening knives that you go all the way to the bottom of the sharpener, no matter how long the knife is. Bigger knives are inserted at the top and the smaller knives are inserted at the bottom of the opening. Once in place, slide the lever all the way up and back all the way down 10 times, then carefully take the knife out, rinse and dry the knife thoroughly before storing. These knives need to be hand washed and never washed in the dishwasher. Washing them in the dishwasher can decrease the quality of the knife, damage the blade edge and reduce the stainless steel integrity. I typically wash by hand and let air dry before storing but the instructions say to dry them thoroughly before storing to prevent watermarks and spotting. The block is easy to clean as well with a thorough wipe down. The shears come apart for easy cleaning. There are also suction cups at the bottom of the base to keep the knife block in place. If you ever need to move the block, be sure to remove all the knives before doing so. This comes with a "Quick Start Guide", which gives you the sharpening instructions, sharpener tips and tricks, recommended knife usage, what's in the box and cleaning& care. So far, I have been thoroughly impressed with this set and recommend this to those who are looking for a better knife experience.

Have you ever dreamed of being a chef or maybe you just love cooking if so then look no further the never dull ninja set has you covered. With no effort you can cut through just about anything. I went crazy and put this product to the extreme test and yes, it will cut that and as smooth as butter. I feel like a chef and look forward to cooking up the most complicated meals just so I can use every knife possible. Did I mention the built in sharpener? To sharpen just stick your knife in the slot, it will lock the knife in then pull the lever up and then back down and Bam, your razor sharp again. Unless you use constantly your knives will stay sharp for a long time, but if you're like me then sharpen every 2 weeks just to ensure the best cut. I love the quality and can easily see this product being the last knife set I have to buy. Do make sure you keep away from minors because they are extremely sharp. So if you have not gathered from my review, YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR KITCHEN! IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Let me just say that there is no question as to how sharp these are. I found that out directly a few weeks ago. I was deep into cleaning up a prime rib when I slipped, like usual. I don't have great grip and so this really isn't an uncommon scenario. What made it unusual this time was that I was using these death blades. Why I bet you could slice through a gator with these things. I'll spare you the photos, but suffice to say, the knife managed to make its way about halfway through my thumb. Still can't feel that whole section! Why did I only give 4 stars? I felt the blade a bit too much as it swiftly passed through my thumb meat.

The block not only holds the knifes and keep them protected but also has a sharpener to make sure the blades stay in tip top shape. The sharpener is also very easy to use by inserting the knife and then just sliding a lever up and down. It also has suction cups located on the bottom to keep it secured in its spot. I love everything about the Ninja knife set.

Love the variety of knives and the handy case they sit in. When I hand washed I was careful because you will definitely get cut. Haven’t tried sharpener because there not dull. The knifes are very sharp and when used over time, it has a built in knife sharpener! The whole set looks so pristine and sleek looking. I also like the suction cups on the bottom of the set to hold it in place, which is very useful. Highly recommend!
