Smaller than ecpected

Good quality. Will be better once broken in nicely. Only 4 stars because the back comes off too easily.

The recliner is great so far. Seems to be made of quality leather. Cushions are a little stiff but I think they will soften up over time.

Ordered 2 in January and in 6 months the so called leather is peeling. When you are reclined the chaìr ìs exþremely difficult to gwt the leg rest down. Would have rated it lower but it wont allow it

I have mixed feelings about this. It's super comfortable but the springs for the reclining mechanism are weak. The second you open the foot rest, it wants to recline all the way back with minimal force. Doesn't appear that the springs are adjustable to increase tension and I can't get dimensions of the springs to buy ones that are more tense.

1st, some general facts and observations, I'm 5' 10" 275 lbs. When sitting in Glide/rocking mode, my feet just touch the floor, which I prefer. It is a good position for watching TV. Someone shorter may need a footstool to make the best use of the glider function. When reclined halfway the back seems a bit too low and the chair wants to recline more than it should. Quite comfortable for sitting but not good for watching TV. If I put my hands behind my head the chair wants to fully recline whether or not that is the desired position. I willl use a small pillow for watching TV for sure. The padding is quite firm but sits well for me, I like it. The unit assembles with no tools needed and feels sturdy enough. Time will tell if it will hold up. There is some bad information in the initial deccription highlights on the product page where it says "Swivel and gliding function". Be advised, there is no swivel function, this chair does not swivel. Also, among the questions asked about the product is one regarding weight capacity, the answer given by Abbyson Living, who I assume is the company that provides the chair to Sam's Club, is "350 lbs per seat". However, the instruction booklet clearly states the weight capacity for this chair is "250 lbs per seat". My bottom line, This chair is not all I hoped it would be but it is a keeper. I did try a display model at Sam's before purchasing and highly recommend everyone else do the same. I especially like that it is relatively easy to up out of, a big plus for some of us.

After quite a bit of research and reading numerous reviews, I bought this chair about two weeks ago. So far, it has been a great purchase! The chair was easy to assemble (need two people though) and has operated perfectly. It seems very sturdy--one reason I bought this was the maximum weight limit of 350. I'm about 285 and wanted a fairly heavy duty chair. Upon opening the box, the leather smell was very apparent. I had been having back and neck issues and this chair seems to be much more supportive. I'm about 6 ft. tall and it provides neck and back support very well. I highly recommend this chair!

Do not purchase this chair. It feels wonderful. It's very comfy. It fell apart in 10 months. I have been scheduled for pick up for 3 different days . They never showed up. I can't get my refund until it is picked up and I can not return to store. What a mess!!! Just don't do it!!!

Very nice chair. Comfortable and a good value.

In the store, the chair appeared to be a lighter brown color, but it's more of a chocolate color (darker).
