Soft and supportive, there is an even balance all around the mattress. No sagging I the middle! Our son now sleeps all night because of quality and comfort of this well designed and constructed mattress. Thanks you for introducing us to this great product.

My mattress is used to relax on and watch tv. I sleep about 8 hours a day on it. I enjoy lounging on the bed and watch tv. But after sleeping on it for several hours I wake up with body pains. The retail price was about $650.00. I have slept on my bed for about 4 months and I wake up uncomfortable. Maybe I needed to spend more money on a different mattress not sure. I have not had a chance to call customer service but know that I have more time I will try call customer services and see what they recommend. The price was reasonable for my budget so I use extra pillows to support my back and a plus is that sealy is offering me a free pillow for the review!

After about 3 nights of sleeping on this Posturepedic Spring Pillow Top Medium II, I would highly disagree. this gives great support and was so comfy on the first night that my 6 year old son and I feel asleep after just about 10 minutes. I have woken up without the aches and pains in my back and hips (that I would feel on my memory foam) and after a long day at work, this is like a firm cloud to lay on. Great mattress, seems to be top quality with the stitching and materials.

I initially thought it was my pillow so I switched to about a dozen different types of pillow. Even tried the ones advertised on TV and infomercials. I finally decided maybe it was time to switch my mattress and one night on this posturepedic mattress my back and neck pains were gone and I have not experiences any pain since. Only a restful, painless nights sleep. I am about 6 foot tall and 200 lbs and this mattress supports me very well.

It's firm, but not stiff like others I've tried. It's got just the right amount of give and is very supportive. My sleep quality has notably improved. My husband also sleeps better and stays asleep longer. If you're used to waking up with aches and pains or waking through the night, do yourself a favor and get this mattress.

This mattress has made my sleeping such better. I sleep so comfortable at night. No more tossing and turning. I have such a hard time getting up at times because of how good laying down on this mattress feels. My children cannot get enough of it. I will soon upgrade the mattresses in my children's bedrooms with these. I am extremely happy to have it and definitely recommend it.

This mattress gave support yet comfort at the same time. I did not wake up with a sore back like I normally do. I always assumed that a firm or semi-firm would be too "rough" on me, but that wasn't the case whatsoever. I am truly happy with the quality of this mattress.

I sleep far better since receiving this then before. My only complaint is that it is SO thick that i had to purchase all new sheet sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what to expect with this mattress but I was pleasantly surprised by it. It really is a medium between firm and plush (more firm). It's a thicker and sturdy mattress and may not require a box spring. I'm skeptical of mattresses but it has really helped my back and neck area. I'm no longer waking up with any pain or stiffness. And, I can only attribute that to this new mattress. I haven't experienced any dipping from lying in the same spot. It's a really good mattress and a great fit especially for my back issues.

The Posturepedic Spring Tight Top Soft II provides just the right lumbar support and doesn't retain heat through the night, which is one of my pet peeves. While I think this model is a touch too firm for my tastes, I would still recommend you try it out yourself!
