Pillowtop yet firm for a good night sleep. A bit high to get in but I'm short. Good support to lower back and neck. Soft feel and comfortable to just relax but good support. Better than expected.

This mattress should be in its own "very firm" category. It's half a step above sleeping on the floor. I chose this particular mattress to save money, but the height compromise might have not been worth it.
