Made an "emergency" purchase of this Sealy Posturepedic Summer Rose 12" Medium (tight top) due to a failed 80-day experiment with a "fad" bed-in-a-box mattress. Weeks of restless nights led to crippling back and hip pain each morning. I could take no more. Instead of that hard-as-a-rock foam mattress, I have returned to a traditional non-hybrid innerspring mattress (although most now seem to employ some amount of foam on top of pocket springs). I have slept on it one night. Seems a bit firm for a "medium" but time will tell. Also, a bit of a stretch to claim it is 12" tall. Mattress measures 10" from base to top seam. Slightly puffy top adds no more than an inch, so maybe 11" maximum, which was disappointing. I did note I slept a bit sounder last night and had less back and hip pain in the morning. Thank you, Sealy.

I like a very firm mattress. My fear of buying the wrong one kept me from purchasing one for way too long. I took the plunge and purchased the sealy posturepedic queen size. I have been sleeping on this mattress for 5 nights now, I'm very pleased! I don't wake up in the middle of the night with a back ache or sore hips. I forgot what a good nights rest actually felt like. I'm very happy with my choice.

I had a Sealy that was almost 30 yrs old and still in good shape, that I kept in the spare bedroom, So I decided to get a new one for myself, and after only 3 days I noticed that it looked to be sagging in the middle of the mattress, and I'm not a big guy 5'-6" about 170 lbs, one person. So I took a picture on day 4 to keep in my phone, so far after almost a month now it seems to be okay, but I am concerned that it will get worse. I hope Sealy will stand behind their product.

I bought 2 mattresses one twin XL and a queen size 3 weeks ago, Don't buy this it's not good I couldn't sleep all night the ODER IS STRONG LIKE SO TOXIC AND NOT SAFE! I FELT LIGHT HEADED AND I COULD OT BREATHE WELL I HAD TO REMOVE IT QUICKLY AND THROW IT IN MY GARAGE UNTIL I GET IT PICKED UP TO GET A REFUND! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THI MATTRESS

I am single sleeping on this bed only 8 month per year , in 2 years have sagged on sides hard ridge in center. Very uncomfortable... I have always had good luck with Sealy,but not this one. Just purchased another mattress (not Sealy). This was like sleeping on bricks with a layer of foam on top. Not Good for light person, can't imagine a heavier person sleeping on this.

That is definitely very comfortable experience with this mattress, it is all in right firm level either sitting or laying on it, not too plush at specific spot. It is an important factor to ensure great sleep every day. Overall feel it is in high-standard, great quality and made from good material. There are so many brands in the market, difficult to choose, I would trust this brand and make choice easy, definitely recommend this to a friend.

The pillow top has sunken in creating a w pattern from where me (140lbs) and my husband (180lbs) have slept. We sink in to the pits and it hurts. We're now on the look for a new mattress because warranty states it has to SHOW at least a 1 inch compression in the mattress; well it doesn't, but you sure can feel it.

This Sealy Posturepedic mattress exceeded all expectations in comfort and quality. This mattress helps me sleep better and has been instrumental helping me with my lower back pain. I have experienced no other problems since i brought this Sealy mattress.

Comfortable and seems to support well. Concern about the lack of edge supports​ so over time the edges might sag in the area where you sit up from the bed to get up. The largest immediate concern is the strong foam smell emitted from the mattress. The first week was really strong. Ran the air purifier at maximum 24 hrs and it helped a little. After almost three weeks the odor has reduced but is still there. Big health concern.

Hard as a rock. Nothing medium about it. Just 1 night sleep and my back started hurting bad. Would like to return it back
