Pretty tree- no need to fix branches. Only negative is no where at top to plug in star.

I bought this tree and I am so disappointed, the limbs on the tree are loose. The pines on the tree are soft to touch and some are hard. When I am putting in my fillers you can see everything inside the tree, it is so opened that you can see the pole. I hate this tree so bad , but my 10 year old son said Mom it's ok don't be sad or mad!

Beautiful tree

I purchased 2 of these and both had lights that were already messed up and would not work. Called the 1-800 number to try to trouble shoot and very poor customer service. Thought maybe the first tree was just a random incident, but nope-same case with the second.
