This tree was beautiful in my living room! It was just the right size and the remote allowed for several different light displays. It will serve for many more Christmas seasons.

We purchased this one after our last one was used for 3 years. It looks really good other than the bulbs seem dimmer than the previous one. Still a pretty tree!

Beautiful full tree with height needed for a high ceiling room. As others have noted, it is a little unsteady due to the connections not being snug. But it is not a 'fall over' issue. Glad we upgraded!!!

Wonderful 9' Christmas tree. The lights are wonderful and went together great and it looks beautiful the branches are perfect and this Christmas tree is just the best deal for the best price thank you Sam's club.

We went to numerous places looking for a tall realistic Christmas tree and found this at Sam's. It is full and hides the center pole very well. We are super happy with this tree!

The tree is not nearly as full as advertised, the branches do not fill the gaps and are not flexible enough to change. A variety of materials are used for the branches which, to me, gives it an inconsistent, unrealistic, and odd look.

Overall this tree is a good value for a 9' tree. The branches and needles look great on this tree. The lights aren't too bright which is good when the room lights are out but seem a little on the dim side during the day or when the room is lit. The only thing that I wish was better would be the connection between each section of tree, it is a little loose and caused the tree to bend over a little when ordaments we're hung. Would recommend the manufacturer tighten up the tolerance on those connections.

I had half of the tree to go out after the first year. They have a 3 year warranty. When the lights go out, they will just send you strands of lights to put on the tree. What a joke. It's a pre-lit tree. If I wanted to put lights on the tree, I would've bought a tree without lights.

This is the 2nd of these trees I've had the displeasure of owning. I had to return the last one because 1/2 the lights didn't work. So, I get it set up this year and SAME problem. After a 33 minute phone call with a customer support rep that barely spoke English and multiple emails, they are sending me a STRAND of lights! What's the point of a prelit tree if I have to put lights on it myself? for this price the lights should work for more than one season. I highly recommend NOT buying this tree.
