[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This instant camera is beautiful and very well-made. I didn’t expect it to be so HUGE but it’s for wide film/photos after all. I don’t believe this is an easy point and shoot camera or something in the same family as other instant cameras, there’s a bit of a learning curve. I struggled taking a focused and centered picture, and considering how expensive the film is, you don’t necessarily want to waste your film trying to figure out how to shoot a great picture, however with a little more time, I don’t think that would be an issue. I wouldn’t say this is the most portable of cameras, considering it’s ginormous. Battery life is fairly standard, I wish it was rechargeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to receive this gift! I always wanted one but never got to it! Decent camera, large in size. I’m still working on my angles and shots. With time I will get better. I like the color. In addition, the attachments like the shoulder brace and angle holder I could not get. Instructions were not clear enough for me to get. I can’t wait to use this camera to create more memories.

Used their batteries and Duracell batteries but everytime I would take a picture, the ejection arm that lifts the film would get caught on the film and get stuck. Sometimes even unlatching from the lifter. Wasted 2 film cartridges, which is 20 films +2 how they advertise it. Trash. This is why I’m sticking with Polaroid.

This camera captures great quality however the battery compartment always seems to have an issue. There is a blinking error code that occurs when i close the camera and open it which doesn’t allow it to function. Researching the code I’ve found that the camera is having issues with the batteries. I adjust them, the camera works, rinse and repeat every time I go without using the camera more than an hour later. I have used other brands of batteries, replaced the film packs, stored the camera in safe conditioned spaces between uses and the same thing repeats over and over. I assumed this was a faulty camera and returned it and purchased another. The second one has the same issue and has now gone through about 3 film packs and 12 sets of batteries (battery plus brand, Duracell, and energizer). The error code still appears. It’s embarrassing to have to mess with the batteries in front of my friends and family just to hope this error goes away or doesn’t worsen. Quality of the photos is a 5, quality of the camera is a 0. This is the first Polaroid/instax camera in my collection of cameras that has disappointed me to this degree. I will also be reaching out to support directly.
