Hi, we bought this cute scarecrow last year and it worked great.. Love it.😊. We went to put it up this year and somehow misplaced the proprietary power plug. Can you please let me know if you can replace the power supply for me or where I can get one. It says 5.9 volts which is an odd voltage number, thus it is is proprietary. Thank You

Fun addition to the fall decorations!

Just set him up today. Very easy and he's super tall!!! Howeva ... his moving arm keeps making a popping sound. Not sure if it's hitting the plastic, but I'm concerned it won't last me the entire season.

It might be best to remove the upper costume and observe the movement to find out where its coming from. After you've located the source of the sound, you might be able to fix it on your own. If its just frame paarts making contact, you might be able to bend the frame a bit so that it no longer makes contact. If its a sound coming from inside of the motor, you may need a replacement part. You can try emailing us at customerservice@svius.com, we may be able to assist you with replacement parts if we have them available. When emailing us, please include your name, phone number, address, and a request for the part or motor for the Towering Scarecrow that you need. I hope this helps. Have a great day! Did no fit to gather properly. Top part fell of breaking Included eyes and control box. They could not send a replacement even if I paid for it. I would have to take it apart and try to fit it back into the box and return the entire thing- it is 8'tall!

Adorable Scarecrow

This scarecrow is adorable! It was very easy to put together by myself in just a few minutes. The kids absolutely loved it. Many parents videoed their children listening to the scarecrow while trick-or-treating. We loved his big blue eyes and him welcoming the children as they approached.

Wish I had thought more about it before purchasing

The product is good quality. The instructions to assemble left a bit to be desired. Not enough detail about where things go. After it was all put together, I regretted the purchase. It is so big that I don't know where I will put it when using. Also, it does not fit back in the box and it is going to be a storage problem. Where to keep something that big.
