First one worked for 45 seconds. Returned it and the second one worked for 4 minutes. Apparently there is a problem with this model and it should be recalled. Do not buy.

Just got mine I didn't even use it the lifting mechanism was broken straight out of the box I will be returning I won't get another one if there broke out of the box how long will they truly last they are junk! Like every other thing made today

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter. Dead on arrival. Would not turn on. Very disappointed. Since I got it on sale, I'm going to try to do a return. Fingers crossed

The mixer itself is great, my fault is with being charged twice for the same product. After talking to Sam's Club customer service twice now, I'm still waiting for my refund.

I also got the pasta attachment and have made lasagna and fettuccine so far. I’m not a real experienced chef, but this makes things so much easier all the way around!

My schedule has been so that I couldn't spend any time in the kitchen, until today. I decided to make bread, and let me tell you, the mixer was AMAZING!! The dough hook did it's job, and I loved being able to regulate the speed from 1/2 up to 2. It was nice to not have to knead! Now that it's "broken in", and my schedule has calmed down, I can't wait to use it more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for the original that had a shrapnel that fell from the planetary but there’s something wrong with the arm lift on this replacement. It locks half way down so I have to put more pressure to lower it completely. Doing this repeatedly puts pressure on the plastic mechanism in it and eventually it break prematurely. The 3 quart bowl has small dents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I would have got the original Kitchenaide mixer. I don’t care for the lifted bowl you have to snap on the stand. I also don’t like the silver handle to lift the mixer. Wish I had the tilt mixer feature.
