Unfortunately this misses the mark. The stilton is gritty and lacks full flavor. It is some sweet but the blueberry taste is not clear

I enjoyed the taste, but seemed very sweet? Also my slab was covered in cling film inside the outer plastic packaging, which made it messy. Pity.

I love Stilton cheese and blueberries but this combo didn't work for us. The sharpness of Stilton is lost with the overly sweet blueberries. Seemed like this was a cheese meister randomly trying ingredients and I think he missed on this pairing.

Just happened to see this in the cheese case and decided to give it a try. My husband and I were both very pleasantly surprised! It is yummy and very spreadable - if you're going to put it out, I think it would be best served in a bowl with a small spreader.

Excellent flavor and freeze-ability - crumbles well and tops a variety of foods
