Excellent entrance level fishing kayak

I’ve had the Yukon for a while now and it’s very stable. It even has splits for Plano tackle box’s with elastic straps to keep them secure. It has slots where you can thread cable through if you want to add aftermarket rudders or trolling motor with foot control. Most other kayaks with these features cost a lot more.

Great kayak, amazing customer service

I bought this kayak this spring. Have been out in it a dozen times, still yet to flip it. I've had a couple small issues arise. The seats stitching unraveled, but I'm a big guy. The skeg wheel also was damaged. Both were under warranty and quickly shipped to me.

Help with questions

Called to let them know that my Certificate was ruined and Jonathan (if I have misspelled your name, my apologies) he took down the information needed and said he would get one out in the mail ASAP. Answered my questions about scupper plug etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Pleasure to work with. Thanks!

Great product and SERVICE!

I purchased the Yukon Angler and lov it... I have had (4) other styles and brands but am most satisfied with this one. I fish quite often and this provides an excellent plantform for the task. I've used in Florida and Maryland in all kinds of water without a concern...

Comfort

I've only had it out once but it wasn't for fishing. My wife and I just went for a relaxing float. I fell in love with the seat. My previous kayak had a stationary seat and it was the most uncomfortable I have ever been. In our area we have a very slow river or we have a large bay being part of lake Michigan. We took the river. Peaceful and no boats. We were able to get very close to a deer and her twins. I am pleased with my Yukon, it handles quite well, love the wheel in the back. When I get a chance to go fishing I will update then that's why just 4 stars for now.

Great Comfort All Day

My neighbor owns this kayak, so I was able to try before I buy. I did not hesitate to purchase two of my own. This kayak is comfortable, stable and tracks very well. I had one problem that was caused by my own error. Lifetime customer service went above and beyond my expectations to make me a happy customer. Highly recommended!

Customer Service is fantastic

The kayak I have is called the "Teton Pro" but it's the same as the Yukon Angler - - bought at Dick's Sporting Goods. This yak has been fantastic - perfect for me and my labrador, and handles pretty well on the river...I've taken it down some pretty dicey runs in high water...it's not really built for that, but it does quite well for an experienced paddler. Skeg wheel is good for short drags on a smooth surface, but can be damaged fairly easily if you're not careful. All the seals / bungees have held up well for 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier. It's a bit on the heavy side, but I manage to get it on the roof rack of a lifted jeep by myself (stand it on end, lean it on the side, then lift it up from the bottom and slide it up...no problem). As for customer service, My seat (very comfortable!) was ripped off and lost in a rapid spill, and my skeg assembly / wheel was damaged another time dragging up a long boat ramp...both times Customer Service was easy to reach and got me my parts right away - - - I really figured I'd have to improvise as CS has become a thing of the past with many companies, but after contacting them my parts were at my door in less than a week both times. Me and the dog have no complaints!

Awesome Kayak... Awesome company.

I bought this a couple years ago and have really enjoyed it. Loaned it out to a friend who loaned it to a friend who then tipped it over and lost the seat in a river. I called Lifetime and they helped me get a replacement seat. Great product... Great Service.

Great Buy

For the amount of money spent this kayak has a lot of features usually found on higher end kayaks. There is some things that could be improved but for the money this kayak can't be beat. Instead of buying a low entry level kayak spend a little extra and get this kayak. You won't have to upgrade anytime soon afterwards. The quality is there, very functional and also very comfortable.

Awesome kayak great customer service

I bought this fishing kayak about a month or so ago and have used it a lot for crabbing and salmon fishing. I have used it in the Puget Sound catching ferry, freighter, and small craft wake. I feel extremely comfortable getting hit sideways by waves and pulling up crab pots. It’s not a fast kayak but it’s incredibly stable on open water. When I got it it was missing a hook to keep the hatch shut. I contacted customer service and they overnighted me a new complete hatch kit. They were great and very helpful.
