[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This treadmill feels very robust and has a lot of great touches. 22-in Touchscreen is very responsive and the Echelon app, and it's instructors, make me feel like I'm not alone on my workout journey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Echelon Stride 50-RCX-22 Treadmill is a durable and well-designed product through and through. I am primarily an outdoor runner, but may have been converted after trying out this Treadmill. The mounted screen (22 Inches) offers a crystal-clear picture, and the sound quality is very good. You have tons of options in the Echelon Fit app, and I have been really enjoying the Scenic rides. I would strongly recommend this Treadmill, regardless of your experience level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all Echelon products, this treadmill did not disappoint! I have used it daily since I received it. The screen is the perfect size for viewing classes and the controls are easy to use and very responsive. The large bins below the screen are great for holding a water bottle, towel, and your phone. The deck feels quite sturdy and the belt is smooth. Most of all, I enjoy that I can fold it away when my workout is over. Great for small spaces!

As far as the treadmill itself it runs very well and is nice to run on. The electronics/ digital aspect though on the other hand is very clunky and takes a long time to get it set up each time you want to use the treadmill. So you can't just hop on and run you have to spend 10 min trying to get it set up. Super frustrating. Also you have to have a membership to access the screen options which is expensive and also frustrating. Wouldn't have bought it otherwise knowing what I know now.

The actual Treadmill is smooth and quiet and works well. However, we paid extra for the screen and found it requires a membership which I have no desire to pay for. I tried to calling to find out some answers about the screen but still unsure after speaking to customer service. Here is what I need to know: Can you use the freestyle mode on the Fitos (the blue square on the right ) without a subscription? Or will the FitOS not work at all, even the freestyle once my free membership ends. The freestyle option on the treadmill that is not on the FitOS does not have an option to select a speed or incline. You have to keep pushing the arrows up and down, which is not efficient. If the FitOS freestyle does not work without a membership, it is not worth the extra money.

The treadmill itself is great and easy to set up, however when I tried to redeem the 3 month membership, it led me instead to a 30 DAY free tial. Contacted Sams club and they couldn't help me and told me to call Echelon which is not open on Sunday. What a joke. I hope they will reconcile this as it is a BIG reason why we went with this purchase instead another one elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. My screen turns on but the treadmill itself won't start. I just received it yesterday and I'm very disappointed that I wasted over a thousand dollars on something that doesn't even work. I have already called echelon and the man said he had to discuss with another technician and then get back to me.

We bought the treadmill back in December, and quickly noticed how inaccurate the timing/distance features were on the machine. I run a mile in 13-14 minutes, but per the treadmill, my mile will be completed in about 7-8 minutes. (My husband runs a mile in about 7:30 minutes, and it states his mile is completed in 4ish minutes). I have followed up with Echelon customer service 4 times now (after providing all the video & photo evidence of the issue) and still have not received a response. I use my Apple Watch so I am able to track an accurate mile, but my husband does not have one, so he'll just run for 20 minutes or so and does not know the actual distance. On top of the that, the belt will not straighten no matter how many times we try adjusting it just a fraction following the instructions provided in the manual. (Not sure if the belt being off is also contributing to the timing/distance inaccuracies). Considering we paid over $1000.00 for this treadmill, to say we are disappointed in the quality is an understatement. Either invest in something better or get yourself a "dumb", reliable treadmill for only $200.

Bought when it was on sale because i needed a treadmill that i can walk/run on when the weather is bad. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE PURCHASE. Almost impossible to use treadmill without a membership. The minimum membership price at the time of this post is $25/month. SO you have to buy the treadmill, then pay a monthly fee to use it. Garbage. Do not buy it.
