Very nice mattress. The wife loves it. Works well without a foundation on an adjustable electric platform frame. had to get it pronto, due to health issues, and likely could have gotten it for less on a sale. But I am not dissatisfied at all.

This mattress is fine but we ended up with a pillow top after ordering the euro top two times. Idk if its item number is incorrect on the website or what the issue may be. Solid mattress for the price though.

I bought this mattress in January and I feel like it is already sagging a little bit where I sleep. It is a very firm mattress if that is what you are looking for....but definitely already have a small indentation in the area I lay down...and I haven't spent a lot of time in bed. For this, I can't recommend but I do give it 3 stars for delivery setup and the overall firmness for sleep.

This mattress is NOT medium soft. It is rock hard. I am waking up sore all over my body almost every day. My partner likes it, but to me this is as comfortable as sleeping on a vinyl floor. It's very very hard. If you like extra firm, this is the bed for you. I feel that it is made well.

Mattress was so uncomfortable it was supposed to be medium but it felt like you were laying on the floor.

Started sagging with a big hump in the middle within first few days of use. We are average size 175lbs and 120lbs and have no abnormal use of the mattriess. Wake up in pain every morning - back,hips, legs, arms. So very disappointed in this mattress. I would not call this a MEDIUM mattress - more like super SAGGY would be more descriptive and accurate. Going to request a replacment if possible.

THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS MEDIUM. We just woke up from our first (sleepless) night on it and my husband, who usually prefers a firm mattress, told me that he's had better sleep camping on the ground. My hips and shoulders agree with him! Now we have to figure out a way to haul this dang thing back to Sam's. Don't make the same mistake!

Eurotop? Medium? Don't believe it. Maybe the design and manufacturing has changed sine okder reviews that praise this thing.... ...But my experience confirms what more recent reviewers are saying: This is one firm mattress. Far, far too firm for my liking. It's painful. More like sleeping on a padded floor. It's going back to the warehouse tomorrow. "Would you recommend to a friend?". Ha! Not remotely.

I just got my mattress yesterday it's a medium firm, and it sucks I would recommend trying the soft because this is too firm for being labeled a medium. I even added 3 inch memory foam from my guest bed, but it did not help at all. I guess that's why I have never before bought a mattress without trying it out. We chose a medium because my husband suffers back pain. He said his back feels better. Now I am the one with back pain 😢 I will be looking for a big pillow to sleep on.

The white glove delivery was great, but the mattress isn't. It's rated as medium firm, but if this is medium I'd hate to see what firm is. This isn't soft at all. I've had back issues, which is the biggest reason for buying this mattress, but this has made it worse. Like another review said, I can't sleep through the night on it. Very uncomfortable. My advise for anyone shopping is move on.
