These vitamins are better than swallowing more pills. They are also everything my doctor recommended in one place.

Better taste than others, and they are easy to chew and swallow. Good news for older people who have difficulty swallowing.

The Doctor recommend I take B12 daily for a defiency. I chose these because they are extra strength 3000 mcg.

SEEM TO WORK WELL FOR ME.

Taste is ok. Not overly sweet. I am personally not a big fan of gummy vitamins in general.
