This is a really nice chaise lounge. It looks great on our deck. That's the good. Here's the bad - It would have taken me an hour or two to assemble the lounge if the only tool I had was the little Allen wrench included with the hardware package. Two of the screws are in really awkward spots, and I couldn't get more than an eighth of a turn on them with the Allen wrench. It would have taken forever to tighten those two screws. Fortunately, I have a garage full of tools, and was able to use a 10mm socket on an extension to access those screws and tighten them. The other screws are more accessible, but it would still have taken a long time to tighten them with the little Allen wrench. The 10mm socket on an extension made the job easy -- 30 minutes start-to-finish, and that included fetching the necessary tools when it became apparent the Allen wrench wouldn't do the job. 5 stars for the looks and functionality. 3 stars for assembly difficulty. 4 stars overall!

I bought these about 2.5 years ago. I selected them because the description said that all exposed surfaces are aluminum. They are not aluminum but steel. On 2 of the 4 chairs the connection between the let and the sitting portion of the chair completely corroded away. On another of the chairs corrosion has stated but only on the surface. The last one appears to be fine for now. I will contact the company because they claim a 5 year warranty. It says a limited warranty so we shall see if they stand behind their product. I checked the website again and it says that all exposed surfaces are aluminum. From what I can tell there is no aluminum in these chairs. An error on Sam's Club's part and but false advertising none the less.

Looks great and very comfortable. However, a bolt fell out of the head rest after a week or so. The head rest would not stay up and would only lay flat. The local hardware store that has everything did not have that kind of bolt. Another week went by and the area with the missing bolt rusted. The item is going back. Sam's Club rep was great and scheduled a pick up with a carrier to take it back assembled. They will bring a box.

I absolutely love our chaise lounge. We've had them for several years now and the frame is in perfect condition. The pads are in perfect condition also, however I would like to replace the pad fabric cover for just a fresh pad, but I can't find where or how to do that. I use mine to go out and read and relax almost daily and it has held up great.

I’m still waiting for a replacement I was promised. The one I received can’t be assembled. The holes for the screws don’t line up. They are about an inch off.

Love these chaise lounges. They look perfect on our backyard patio. They are made of solid material and are well worth the price. the cushions are comfortable with a neutral color. Add some colorful pillows and they'll pop. Love them.

We opted for these since we have the matching fire table and chairs. Our deck is very hot so we wanted all wicker no metal. These are extremely comfortable and add a lot of seating with out the cost of an outdoor sofa and loveseat set up. Even slept on them one night- a good choice!

I had purchased a fire pit set and found these chaise lounges online to match! Had to have them! They are great quality! The cushions are darker than they appear in the pic, but that was fine with me! I purchased when they were free shipping- otherwise the shipping is a little expensive because they arrive by private shipping company! Would def buy again! Love it his whole line of outdoor furniture!
