The automatic decline and incline are just what I was looking for and it seems to have less impact on our joints than our previous “cheap” treadmill. No issues so far.

It’s a great a machine, I had troubles with a bit of buffering until I updated my Wi-Fi. After that it’s been great…..For the price it is well worth it

Easy setup, smooth transition on incline. I have had the Pro9000 for 6 months no issues so far. I would reccomend this to anyone wanting a good treadmill.

Best investment ever. I did not use to like running but I always loved traveling. Now I love running all over the world thanks to the fantastic Ifit programs and coaches on that big screen. Definitely recommend to pros and rookies alike.

I had to stop using it for a while due to back issues. I enjoy using it but wish it had better shock absorption. I wish they had a good machine for seniors that's challenging but not overwhelming. I don't need to go 12mph. Love this one anyway!

My treadmill makes a 'clunky' noise during the incline every time. And, I paid extra for the assembly, but the service men left a couple of scratches on my new treadmill.

This machine is large, I should have gone with the smaller model. I am 5’2” and I can not see the screen well and there is no option to adjust the angle. I don’t love it.

We have really enjoyed our treadmill. We have experienced no problems with the treadmill. There are only 2 changes I would suggest. Move the fans up higher or make the direction of air flow adjustable. The second is make the screen adjustable.

I’m very happy with my pro form . I routinely used it up until 7 months ago when o had surgery on my foot . I’m slowly getting back on it and it feels great . Love the workouts s d the convenience of having it in my home .

Treadmill is a good value. Little bit shaky/unstable at times. Can be loud as well when making large incline changes. Touchscreen is big and beautiful, perhaps a bit unresponsive at times, but overall very nice. Overall we've enjoyed it.
