I drink this in the morning for breakfast and it curbs my appetite until lunchtime. Fruity Pebbles is one of my favorite cereals so the nostalgia is real!!

I had quite a challenging time finding a protein flavour that pairs perfectly with milk. After trying the fruity pebbles flavour, I thing I found the perfect protein powder for my post workout cravings.

Instead, I whipped up some greek yogurt, added this Fruity Pebbles protein powder, whipped it some more and then threw it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, it was the tastiest breakfast!

I had this shake prior to my workout and one word: WAO!!!!! The flavor is out of this world!!! Literally brought me back to my youth when. I would have my fruity pebbles cereal! Exactly the same flavor!!! I felt amazing during my workout!!! I had another one at lunch and had my energy to do my work the remaining part of my afternoon. My wife and younger son were also able to taste the sample and they were head over heels!!! They are not really protein shake drinkers and now they are all in lol!!!!! I don't mind the taste, but I don't choose sweet drinks overall, so it wouldn't be my first choice. Otherwise, it's good tasting protein and does the job! If you like sweet workout drinks, definitely try it.

The flavor was good, maybe a bit sweeter than I prefer in a protein drink, but it was tasty. The specs on the ingredient list are good, with good proton and low calories.
