I was 155 in the military but I would skip meals and only eat on large serving of junk food till my metabolism slowed down and I bumped up to 214 lbs after just a couple of weeks I'm slowly climbing back down currently at 197lbs, so now I use it to replace meals. The main selling point is that it taste like fruity pebbles it has a bit of an after taste when mixed with water still good, but with non lactose whole milk it taste awesome. Highly recommend it tho it's is a bit on the pricey side for the amount of servings.

Protein powder, something fairly healthy, taking on the flavor of sugary, artificially colored cereal, notoriously not healthy. But it works. My kids were big fans when I let them have a sip. While I do still prefer chocolate shakes, this is a fun, fruity way to change things up a bit.

Iet say that i thought it was going to taste weird but it tastes super good is not too sweet it has less than 1g of sugar which is great is perfect any time. I made mine with milk and it was perfect is easy to mix. I would recommend anyone to buy it if you want a healthy protein with almost 0 sugar in it.

It does smell really bad though, but that's not too hard to ignore. I was left feeling comfortably full sheet drinking a serving mixed with milk. I am very impressed with the ingredients and nutrition facts as well! I am pleased with this product and might see if they have any other flavors.

The only downside was that I noticed it had some colors that are not necessary because the ingredients make it less of a health drink. OtherwIse really delish!

It had more of a chalky taste when just added to water. I do think this tastes fruity in an artificial way, just like Fruity Pebbles. I'm pretty sure I would prefer chocolate to the fruit flavoring, but knowing what I was trying, I was not disappointed. I love that it is so low in sugar and high in protein. I will definitely try this brand again, probably just a different flavor.

I mixed it with vanilla plant based protein milk one day and then chocolate plant based protein milk and it was delicious both ways.
