Took me some time to get use to them but I finally did and now i Really do like them. And really like the price when they are on sale.

Found complete instructions on line for brush replacement. Looks easy peasey. Note: I suspect that I will find the replacement tool when I buy the replacement heads.

They were out of stock on the floss heads, so I bought these. I don't feel they do as good a job as at cleaning your teeth as my usual brush heads. Won't settle for less next time.

I only received 5 out of 10 Oral-B heads, in what appeared to be an unopened manufacturer package. The packaging (manufacture & Sam's) was in great condition. Except for an over excessive amount of hot glue on the Oral-B manufacturing box. The Devil's Advocate in me worried that somewhere along the supply chain, the product may've been tampered with. A person with sticky-fingers could've taken the 5 out to re-sale (doing so every here & there)?? Or, it may have been an innocent accident; however, it does look like packaging was hot glued to keep the 5 brushes in place. It also appears that the area where the consumer tears off the middle section, was hot glued; to give the appearance that nothing was out of the ordinary. To ensure another customer isn't inconvenienced, feeling a little robbed; & to prevent any potential theft, Shipping departments (manufacture & retailer) should quickly place items on scales, to make sure every identical product (i.e., these expensive Oral-B replacements) weigh exactly the same each time. Flagging the items that aren't conforming! I'm assuming this untampered/unopened package should've weighed about 4oz, if all 10 were there; so, my package at 3 oz should have been flagged & removed immediately (Please excuse the condition of very old & dusty scale in photo)! Otherwise, an unhealthy, bad acting employee, unjustly trying to enrich themselves, does so at the expense of the reputable companies employing them. Causing the customers to take time & energy pointing all this out (thinking the worst). I tried calling Oral-B. immediately after opening the box tonight, in hopes they'll send the missing 5 brush heads. They were closed for the evening; so, I'll try again on another date! I was going to return to Sam's (initiated return earlier); but decided to go this route instead. Hopefully I'll be made whole & changes, for the better, will come out of this ordeal! I'm extremely perturbed whether it was intentional or not! ~The light package came from the Sam's Club Pheonix, AZ distribution facility...

These work great. They do a great job and teeth feel exceptionally clean after using.
