Did not gel in the refrigerator. Still like water after 12 hours, which means this is not REAL bone broth.

The salted versions of this broth have way too much salt. There's a small naturally occuring salt in this product that makes it very tasty. I

I live cooking with this broth, its delicious and nutritious. I like that its lower in sodium, not so salty. Delicious
