What a great savings. I used several of these with no issue. My only drawback is that if your using the pot belly app that it wont save gift cards and you have to enter it each time. Not a problem from Sams, still a great discount!

Sam's Club does not allow refunds on physical gift cards. At first I thought these had to be activated, but they are supposed to come in the mail active. I went into potbelly, they do not work when swiping. The manager manually entered the card, and only 1 of 2 worked. I paid $38 for a $25 gift card because the other one did not work. You cannot check the balances of these cards on Potbelly's website like it says. Totally confusing process with no activation instructions. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 2 of these 2-packs. Of the 4 cards I received, only 1 was activated. I have been on the phone with Sam's Club customer service for 30 minutes, after spending 30 minutes on the online chat with them. They have not been able to activate them either. I'm waiting to see if they can give me a refund. All of this was after I asked to be escalated to a manager after the first customer service rep told me just to contact Potbelly. This is all very frustrating. Shame on you Sam's Club.

Bought over $500.00 worth of gift cards and none work.

Went to check the balance and the card number are invalid per the Potbelly website
