The umbrella is great as far as size goes. This is the second one we ordered, we had to return the last one because it was broken. When we cranked up the umbrella it didn’t stay. The crank was broken or something. So we returned it and got another one and it is the same way. Very disappointed! I really needed it so we now use a string to tie the crank to the base to hold it up. People have commented on it and we have told them that this is what we have gotten twice now from Sams. Really wish we could receive one that actually worked correctly. Way to expensive to have to tie up.

Easily assembled with a couple of people. One could probably do it but certainly easier with two. Only been using it for a week so long term durability yet to be determined, but it seems pretty solid and works well now. As we expected and hoping for several years of service!

Well I was skeptical after some of the reviews but so far so good. The material is great and appears to be good sunbrella material that will last a long time. The mechanics of the umbrella are what worry me they don't appear to be made very well but we will see. It is a nice umbrella and I hope it holds up for years but we will see. The gears in the crank seem to be a little questionable. I hope they last.

Our deck is on the southeast side of the house and gets so much sun. Regular umbrellas were okay, but this umbrella offers so much more shade with so many options on adjustments. We absolutely love this umbrella and have recommended it to many friends.

I’m still missing parts.

Umbrella is absolutely awesome! We love it, very sturdy, goes up and down easily and can be adjusted to any angle. Excellent quality!

Great umbrella for the price and easy to assemble. It does require two people and some patience to fill the base sections with sand.

Easy to assemble. We’ve had for a couple of weeks and it provides a great amount of shade, looks nice and is perfect for our pool area.
