It's kind of like a hair straightener and that helps to iron both sides of a garment. My only complaint is the water holder is on the small side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steamer because I don't need a big and bulky steamer to steam my dresses or work shirts. Also it's cool to leave in my desk so if I have a meeting during the day I can quickly steam out my wrinkles and look presentable. I also love that I can travel with it and not have to worry about burning my shirts from the cheap iron in the hotel room. This was a great on my linen outfit when I went away to a friends luau party.

It works. Steam water well is very small. Does OK, not overly impressed.
