The product is great. Getting a sams worker to get it out of lockup took at least 20 minutes when we bought it. They couldn’t find anyone with a key…

Easy and correct. But, not as easy as it use to be.

Good enough software app. Could be better but it is basically the only game in town. Expensive. I prefer a physical DVD to a download.

There is nothing wrong this product however I’ve given a low star because it needs to be flagged. When you use the scan and go it allows you to walk right out the door without getting the proper information. I feel silly leaving this but apparently I am not the only person to have this issue. You need to see a representative or cashier for the actual turbo tax but it is written in tiny letters in the upper right hand corner.

I purchased Intuit Turbotax Home & Businiss for $95.99 on 1/9/25 in the Sams Club Store in Slidell, LA. Approximately 1-1/2 weeks later, I received a new Sams sales ad by email. It showed the sales price was reduced to $75.99. On 1/24/25 I returned to Sams with my unopened Turbotax package and requested a refund for the price difference of $20.00. I was refused the refund because the managers said "More that 7 days had passed since my purchase, so they couldn't refund the sales price difference". This policy is unacceptable, since the package was unopened!!! I would appreciate Sams Management issuing me a refund of $20.00. Thank You...

Program gets worse every year. Generates email messages requesting information constantly. Must enter e-filing information even if filing by mail or program generates error messages on review. Also new user interface for entering dividend and interest is cumbersome if more than one source is required. I would give it negative stars if possible.

I purchased the advertisement thinking it was the actual product and left the store. It wasn't until I went to download my turbo tax that I discovered it was only an advertisement. I waisted my money on a prop. The barcode to pay for the item should not be on the advertisement. I didn't have to bring the advertisement to the cashier because I used mobile checkout. The advertisement is a thick folding cardboard bifold that looks just like the real product. Don't place the barcode used to sell the item on the advertisement. The advertisement did have a little (small) yellow square on the top right corner of the advertisement box that said to bring the box to the cashier for product. Not enough to grab the eye of all buyers. I am very sure I am not the only one to do this. Very bad business decision for Intuit, unless it was done intentionally.

I've used Turbo Tax for decades. Now they force you to download it, no CD. It took 3 hours to download. 2 of those hours on the phone with customer no-service, only to finally find out I needed a "super patch" for it to work.

Why would SAMS not allow delivery and shipping on this item! It is over the $50 minimum and last year we were able to get it shipped. Very inconvenient only pickup is available. Now we have to resort to download which is unreliable in my opinion as they are making windows 10 obsolete and we will not have a DVD to insert into the new windows 11. Ridiculous.

I have been buying this on disc for a couple decades, and this year there was signage that there was no disc, but download only. OK, not a huge deal. The problem is I used scan-n-go to pay, expecting there to be a digital code inside the cardboard "box" I picked up. I get home and cannot find a code anywhere. I'm thinking maybe I need the receipt somehow. Finally I see it. In the top right corner, not very large, it says, "Important Exchange with cashier for product." If there is no disc, what product am I supposed to pick up? Now I have to go back to Sam's and hope they don't hassle me with giving me the product. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!
