I use it twice a day and this specific product was highly recommended by my physician when he found out I was building muscles and spend couple of hours at the gym daily. I love this product and Walmart sells it cheaper than all competitors. I compared prices and have been buying it from Walmart for few years now! I highly recommend it.

If you know anything about protien you'd know , or SHOULD know, that hydrolyzed protien is the most filtering process. Means more bang for the buck so to speak, more protien per serving size as well as better absorption. The price is great for this brand compared to other stores. You'd probably be $10 plus or more anywheres else. Hopefully Sam's will continue carring this products !

Being on a carnivore, some times I'm rushing and fall short on my protein. When I don't have some beef jerky to snack on, I mix up a quick glass of Dymatize ISO100. Where I do not add sugar to my food, this still has an extremely sweet taste to it. At 1 g of sugar, I would say it the other sweeteners making it this sweet. The vanilla has a nice flavor to it. The added protein helps keep going through the afternoon.

We love this! Added to my 20gm protein Greek yogurt in the morning with berries and I’m out the door with nearly 50 gms to start my day! Tastes like cheesecake!!! Perfect for smoothies too!

I honestly can't tell on the effectiveness of the product. I'm not a nutritionist. I can say that it taste good and mixes easily with things like apples and peanut butter. The only negative I have is that the label list it as having 24 servings but after several containers, I'm only getting 22.5 to 23 servings, using the scoop provided. Not enough to stop using the product but enough to ask why the shortage?

Container way to big for actual contents

The vanilla flavor was so sweet and not right. the quality was very good for the energy factor. had to mix it with Isopur vanilla.

Well previously I had been getting the FIVE POUND portion - these were 1/3 of the size. What a joke I will NOT br purchasing this again and I feel deceived by SAMS CLUB -
