This was an awesome purchase. The quality is outstanding. It’s perfect for fixing breakfast on your patio. The cooking surface allows you to cook a lot of food at one time.

Very well built, solid. Used the video guide to assemble which was nice (helpful to zoom in at times). All parts were present plus a few spare fasteners. Cleaned the griddle surface and seasoned it 6 times using avocado oil. Came out great. Very happy with this so far.

Love this griddle. Went together easily using the printed directions because the 3D instructions started out leaving pieces out of order. I would recommend if your a plus member to have it shipped as this thing is over 200 lbs. Good quality and works great, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased this griddle based on positive reviews from a variety of sources. I had a small two burner griddle and wanted to upgrade. This griddle earns the high rating with its quality and style. It was easy to put together with two of us working. The griddle surface is a great size and I do prefer having the grease hole in the front. I love the side shelves and the design that allows them to be raised for use or folded down with ease. There are strong magnets on the front of the shelves to hold utensils, and small knobs on the ends to hand things on although these are pretty small. Hooks would be better. Easy to roll with 4 wheels, but locks on two make it stable during use. It comes with a nice cover.

I purchased this griddle to replace a gas grill. Using the BILT app to guide through setup made assembly very easy. The manufacturer's instructions for seasoning were helpful, and there are 1000s of tutorial videos on YouTube to guide the process. Very happy so far!

This looked amazing, my issue is the grill top? It’s not easy to keep. I assumed was going to be semi seasoned, but was not. You have to put alot of oil and keep it like that to prevent sticking? I bought special brush (made for that type of grill too) and even then was hard to clean and season. Maybe it’s user errror? Idk but does the job either way (cooking….its the cleaning I have issues with)

Great product! Hidden gem of a griddle! Every bit as quality as comparable Blackstone, Traeger or Pit Boss versions. Well built with quality materials and functions and cooks great! Only issue was missing one set of mounting brackets for the side trays. Contacted the service number and they had the correct parts there in a few days and haven’t had any other issues at all. Love the new Griddle!

Although the griddle is well built, it did take a long time to put together. Plan on a helper part of the time. I am thoroughly delighted with it, except that is is slightly tilted left, and no provision to level it. Also, I am baffled by the 'drip tray' in the rear as there is no way drippings could ne back there.

Excellent Griddle. I compared to other major name brands, and on the advice of a good friend who previously purchased one I chose this model. I love everything about it. Performance, design, features, and durability all exceed it's price point. I highly recommend this griddle.

We have had the grill for a few weeks and it works great. Even cooking and easy to clean. I love that the clean out is toward the front of the grill. My only reason for giving it a 4 star is the face plate that has the grill name was installed backwards from the manufacturer so that’s always going to be an eye sore unfortunately.
