My daughter gave me the 55” Class QLED 4K Q72DD TV for Christmas. My Wife gave me a PS5 Pro Game System to go with new TV. The too go together fantastically. The color and image quality is fantastic.

The picture quality is where this TV truly shines. The colors are incredibly vibrant, and the level of detail in 4K content is stunning. Watching nature documentaries feels like looking through a window into another world. The HDR performance is equally impressive, with bright highlights and deep, inky blacks that add a real sense of depth to scenes. The TV handles motion very well. I'm an avid sports fan, and the clarity during fast-paced action is superb—no blurring or ghosting, just smooth, lifelike movement. Gaming on this TV is also a treat. The low input lag and high refresh rate make for a responsive and immersive experience, whether I'm playing the latest AAA title or a fast-paced shooter. Navigating the Tizen OS is a breeze. The interface is intuitive, and the range of available apps covers all my streaming needs. I appreciate the integration with smart home devices; controlling the TV with voice commands through Alexa has been a surprisingly handy feature. While the built-in speakers are serviceable, I did notice a significant improvement when I paired the TV with a soundbar.

Call it 4.5 stars. Outstanding TV in terms of picture quality and audio output (surprising good volume and clarity from the onboard speakers; no sound bar necessary). The half star penalty relates to the crummy little remote that comes with the TV. The set is loaded with popular apps that require no external streaming box, so you gotta use the included Samsung remote. To keep this review as short as possible, it's an annoying little piece of crap! I'm continuing to seek a suitable after-market replacement, something engineered for the convenience of a human user. If you already have a streaming box that provides a decent remote, use it with this set even though you don't have to; you'll save yourself a lot of swear words.
