TERRIBLE Product

TERRIBLE. Don’t waste your time. I have had 2 of these delivered. Returned both due to a the same manufacturer defect. The thin aluminum internal liner not sealed under top frame. Makes a great place for ice to accumulate behind the liner. On a side note, Sam’s was great about helping to return product.

0 STARS, DO NOT BUY.

Ordered hamilton beach 25 cu.ft. deep freeze January 29th. It sat 25 miles away for about 2 weeks then got delivered on the 17th of February. Let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in. Let it cool for a couple days and then stocked it up. Fastforward to today Mar 11th, the freezer is no longer working. I initiated a warranty claim through the manufacturer. theyre talking 2-3 days to hear back from them before repairs or replacements are even considered. they will not reimburse you for any meat that spoils. If youre going to invest, spend the money and get something quality or it will cost you more in the end.

Do not buy

It only lasted 32 days. Lost so much products because it stopped working. Do not buy!
